The aims of the Freedom Programme:
- help women identify abusive behaviours and beliefs held by abusive men
- help women gain self-esteem and the confidence to improve the quality of their lives
- show how domestic abuse affects children
- help women recognise future abusers and move on to abuse free lives
It is a ‘roll on, roll off’ course, meaning women can join at any point and can make up modules they may have missed for a variety of reasons.

We have a follow up to our popular IT courses
Weekly from Tuesday 10th January (17th, 24th and 31st) we will be running sessions on use of digital devices to access information
on health and other important servicesAreas covered will include:
